This refund policy explains how Setup Relay reviews requests for independent digital setup materials and Remote Desktop Manager rollout planning packages.
This site is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Devolutions. Remote Desktop Manager is referenced only to describe compatible workflows.
Eligible issues
Contact support@devolutions-setup.com if a package is not delivered, a duplicate purchase occurs, or the delivered material clearly differs from the package description.
Digital resource limits
Because these are planning resources, refunds are not based on whether an internal team accepts a specific naming rule, permission model, or deployment schedule.
Review period
Send refund requests within 14 days of purchase with the package name and issue summary. Requests are reviewed against delivery and published scope.
