RDM Deployment Brief for Team Rollouts

This brief helps an administrator define the Remote Desktop Manager rollout scope before shared entries, credentials, data source settings, and technician notes are moved into daily use.

Brief sections to complete

Workspace owner
Name the person who approves data source changes, vault structure, backup expectations, and import timing.
Entry population
List server groups, database sessions, cloud consoles, remote support shortcuts, and VPN profiles that belong in the first rollout.
Permission model
Describe who can view, edit, launch, or administer shared entries, especially where privileged credentials are attached.
Technician handoff
Define the notes each entry needs so support staff understand the connection purpose, escalation path, and change owner.
